I recieved a free, early access copy of this game from the developers. The product sold on Steam may differ. This game is advertised to require a VR headset. I did not use a VR headset to play and review this game. Thanks Citor3!
Gameplay (1/5★)
Spam “space bar” and enjoy the show! There are four minigames, all of which involve spamming the keyboard. Sexual animations can be cycled via the number keys. The “Esc” key will terminate the application. This is one of my biggest peeves with adult software (and it should be toggleable). There may be additional “gameplay” for VR users.
Sound (3/5★)
There are two voiced characters in this game; the lady doctor and your imaginary. . . friend. She constantly refers to you as a “slave” and “good boy” (like a motherly dominatrix!) Her voice strikes me as something that belongs in an ASMR — it’s whispery (and clearly meant to be “sexy tone”). Overall, I found the doctor’s voice somewhat grating. On the other hand, I enjoyed the antagonist’s voice. He sounds so cheesy and villainous! There needs to be a way to toggle specific voices and music.
Story (3/5★)
You have a problem on your hands — a strange little man keeps screwing every woman you see! Like a devil on your shoulder, he rants and raves about your innermost desires. You’ve decide enough is enough. It’s time to visit the clinic! There’s only one way to treat psychosis: through BDSM and forced ejaculation!
Visuals (2/5★)
There is no titlescreen — it’s straight to the action! There are no menus, not even for user-preferences. Resolution can be adjusted from the Unity preboot menu, but audio and graphical preferences cannot be touched whatsoever — that’s unacceptable. Considering the graphical demands of VR games, I think it’s doubly important to have a robust “settings” menu to appeal to a wide range of PCs and equipment. Though it’s possible to cycle through animations, you cannot choose “chapters”. In other words, you have to restart the game if there’s any part of the story you’d like to revisit.
The Goods (4/5★)
There are twelve sexual animations. Some of them involve what could technically be classified as bestiality. In the story, the main protagonist is strapped to a bed, and a leech is placed over his genitalia. This leech is then used as a condom, and then relegated as some sort of clitorial toy. No, I didn’t make any of that up! When viewing these animations as part of the story (and not via keyboard shortcuts), you’ll enjoy the company of a talkative dominatrix. The other animations involve sex with a gross little man — honestly, I don’t understand how anyone could be aroused by anything with his face.

If you’re rocking VR hardware, I could see fap somewhere in this software — but consider waiting for a sale. It doesn’t take long to see everything this title has to offer. This game offers a selection of sexual animations, but most of the them feature a fugly little troll . On the other hand, if you’re into submission and kinky nurses, I think you’ll like the “story”. Now, when I say “kinky”, I mean kinky. This is one of the more. . . interesting games I have played. Have you ever wanted to be sucked-off by leech without the inconvenience of losing blood? Maybe it’s time to pay this “sexual therapist” a visit. Don’t knock it ’til you try it bro!
