Gameplay: overview (2/5★)

Defeat “four female heroes” by raping them! By touching their “tits and other parts”, their “life” will be steadily depleted — orgasms will subtract a large chunk of life! There are a variety of ways to touch each heroine. The options that are available are based on your “level”, which is increased simply by playing the game. The “heroes” aren’t completely helpless — if you get too carried away touching them, they’ll fight back! To defend yourself, you’ll need to click on oncoming attacks before they reach you. If you’re struck too many times, it’ll be game-over (and you’ll need to restart). As you whittle away their life, you’ll unlock new positions and sex-moves!

Sexual Content: overview (3/5★)

There are four “heroes” with three animated, interactive animations a piece. You may choose from a selection of “touches” (which are thematically represented by gelatinous appendages). As you feel up each lady, you’ll unlock new options and sex positions. The interactivity is lacking; the only real difference between your actions is your cursor. You’re able to penetrate each heroine, but doing so will only showcase a cut-away view. The position always stays the same, and your victims will act relatively unfazed by your advances. There are a few visual novel portions that include lewd, static CGs. There’s a good selection of artwork, but I wish the animations were more interactive. The artwork is decent, but it strikes me as awkward and somewhat amateurish (especially during story segments).

Story: overview (2/5★)

Defeated by a “group of 4 adventurers”, the Monster Queen fears for what will become of her monsters. Left to “disappear” (which seems to be analogous to dyeing), you’re her only hope. By transforming your body into a slime, you’re tasked with defeating the adventurers. By stripping and humiliating their bare bodies, only you have the power to return monsters to their former glory!

I’m. . . not sure how raping hapless adventurers helps anyone.

The Monster Queen disappears, so it’s not like she’s getting her rocks off.

So I guess. . . hey don’t ask any questions!

Sound: overview (3/5★)

I wasn’t impressed by the soundtrack or generic hentai-moans.

Visuals: overview (3/5★)

The titlescreen looks alright; the user-interface and character spread are appealing. I couldn’t figure out how to borderless-fullscreen the application. Bizarrely, a selection of keys are assigned to preset resolutions. Audio and display preferences can be adjusted in-game via the side-menu. Unfortunately, the user-interface can’t be hidden at any point. Considering the premise of the game, it’d be interesting to enjoy an uncluttered freedom with each character — although you wouldn’t know how close you are to an “attack”, some may argue that’d be part of the fun. The artwork could be better, but I enjoyed the variety of art and animation for each character. Many adult games reuse the same few “sprites”, but not Slime VS. Female Hero Party!

Verdict: is meh (2.5/5★)

Thirteen dollars, really? This title is grossly overpriced for what it offers. Slime VS. Female Hero Party is a great idea with lots of pretty faces, with the gameplay leaves a lot to be desired. To its credit, it offers a little more “gameplay” than most like-games I’ve played on Steam; it’s nice having options, and the “combat” offers some action (or frustrating “game overs”). In terms of content, Slime VS. Female Hero Party is not unlike a flash game — it’s barebones enough to be an old, browser-based game. You can beat it in thirty-minutes (or maybe an hour if you’re “distracted”). The final nail in the coffin is censorship, which is a big no-no for American gamers. If you’re okay with mosaics, this game is worth picking up for a few bucks. . . but I’m skeptical a worthwhile sale will occur.
